KELOIDS

It is normal to produce a scar after a wound recovery anywhere on your body. In some, scars may turn into hypertrophied scars where the scars are bigger and thicker than usual but still remain within the wound size and shape. While others develop into keloidal scars which progressively enlarges and does not subside. Common areas that forms keloidal scars are the deltoid area, chest, earlobes and abdomen.
